Habits

So I read some where a couple weeks ago that if you want to start a new habit or break yourself of one, you need to do it for 21 days at least in order to make it a habit.

So I have a habit that I want to break....biting my finger nails. I hate that I do it.

So...today is Day 1 of Operation Stop the Biting!!!!

Only 20 days to go til I don't do it any more :-)
